Most weight lifters enjoy their bicep free weightlifting routines because the biceps it’s probably the most fun and most gratifying exercise to work. It’s a muscle that’s very visible and many judge their strength through the size of biceps. However, most don’t understand the importance of strong biceps to strengthening the rest of the muscles in the body.
